Residence has a total of 266 large rooms planned for 1-5 guests. The rooms, designed on modern standards, have a balcony or terrace, a bathtub, liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, WC, satellite TV, international direct dial phone, internet connection, voice messaging service, safe, and beach towels. AC during July & August, and heating during the winter time is available in all Residence rooms.

| Guests are really spoilt on choices.Lykia World Hotel has 10 restaurants in the resort. 3 main restaurants are Village Main restaurant, Residence Main restaurant and Marina Restaurant at the seashore. 5 speciality restaurants offering different tastes from around the world are Sofra Turkish restaurant, La Luna Italian restaurant, Neptune fish restaurant, Mandarin Chinese restaurant and Kampei sushi restaurant. There are also 2 different children's restaurant. In addition the complex also has 13 different bars.

| You can freely enjoy the pool and the sun at LykiaWorld. Enjoy fun and games or relax quietly swimming in any of the 19 pools at LykiaWorld. Relax in "Oasis" in the Village or "Blue Lagoon" in the Residence - both of these pools are 'kid-free zones' for those who enjoy peace and quiet, fabulous sea views and tranquility. Blue Lagoon is also heatable(pools are heated in April and October when necessary) and surrounded by pine trees. There are no less than five pools for all the family to enjoy together - a heatable pool in the Village section and three outdoor pools (1 heatable-pools are heated in April and October when necessary) and one indoor (heatable-pools are heated in April and October when necessary) in the Residence. And, for 'adult-free zones', the kids can have fun in their own swimming pools in Children's Paradise (3 heatable) and Mini Club (2 heatable outdoor). There is also a wading pool for children in the Village section. Health and beauty care addicts can refresh their body and soul in the Thalasso & Beauty Centre pool with heated seawater (charge applies). Almost all water sports are available at LykiaWorld. During your holiday, you can challenge the wind by surfing and water skiing, have fun by playing water polo, or enjoy the sea by sailing. Or you can simply follow the thread of your curiosity and participate in VDST and PADI scuba diving courses, approved by CMAS, arranged at LykiaWorld. There are 19 tennis courts of artificial grass or clay, 6 of them illuminated (5 of which are floodlit at night), at LykiaWorld. You can play beach volleyball, golf, basketball, football, table tennis or keep fit by joining in the fun of aerobics, jogging, stepping or other fitness activities at LykiaWorld. If you’d rather be involved in mental rather than physical sport, then pit your wits by playing backgammon, shuffleboard, bingo and chess, all here and available for you.
